Used for both open arc and submerge
arc. Chromium carbide deposit with high abrasion resistance but
limited impact resistance. Suitable to resist earth and sand abrasion,
e.g. buckets, dredge pump components, mixers.
The weld metal cracks to relieve cooling stresses. |

Similar to SA701-O, Cr
content up to 34% which guarantee very high abrasion resistance
of chromium carbide deposit. Very suitable to produce high quality
wear plate. The weld metal cracks to relieve cooling stresses. |

Very high abrasion, moderate
impact, good heat resistance are got from the complex chromium
and niobium carbide deposit. Temperatures resistance up to 300 ¡æ
. Used for hardfacing heavy abrasion parts, e.g. screen deck in
