| 1. Descriptions
|
 |
 |
1.1 ERCuSi-A(SG-CuSi3)
SILICON
BRONZE is used for gas metal arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding
of Copper-silicon, Copper-zinc base metals to themselves and also
to steels for thin plates (one kind of brazing), such as for welding
(brazing) car parts.
1.2 ERCuAl-A1(SG-CuAl8)
ALUMINUM BRONZE-A1 is mainly used as surfacing
metals for wear-resistant applications (light load), resistance
to corrosive medias such as salts and resistance to many commonly
used acids in various concentrations and temperatures. Not recommended
for jointing.
1.3 ERCuAl-A2(SG-CuAl10Fe)
ALUMINUM BRONZE-A2 is used for jointing
aluminum bronze of similar composition and Silicon-manganese bronze,
high strength Copper-zinc alloys, some Copper-nickel alloys, ferrous
metals, and dissimilar metals (aluminum bronze to steel and copper
to steel). It is excellent as surfacing metal for wear and corrosion
resistant applications as well.
1.4 ERCuSn-A(SG-CuSn6)
PHOSPHOR-BRONZE is used for welding the Brass,
Tin-bronze, and overlay welding on steel. It has good wear resistance.
1.5 RBCuZn-D(L-CuNi10Zn42)
COPPER-ZINC-NICKEL is used for gas brazing
and gas tungsten arc brazing of steels to themselves and also to
copper-base metals, such as high tensile strength steel structures
and cement-carbides to steels brazing.
