| 2. Description
| |
NiTi Shape Memory Alloy
is characterized of super-elastic and optimal shape memory effect,
thermo-activated, low gravity, magnetless, poisonless, no side
effect to human body. The NiTi Shape Memory Alloy is in soft state
when microstructure is martensite below its transformation temperature,
and in super-elastic state when microstructure is austenite above
its transformation temperature. Transformation Temperatures Af (Austenite
Finish) of our NiTi Shape Memory Alloys can be different from -25 oC to 75
oC.
| 3. Applications
| |
NiTi Shape Memory Alloys
are used in many fields, such as: Spectacles frames, Phone antennas,
Arch wires for orthodontic, Brassiere and shoulder pad, Thermally
activated springs and parts, Medical stents, Fasteners and couplings
etc.

| 4. Medical Nickel-Titanium Shape Memory Stents
| |
Our quality stents are knitted with Nitinol shape memory alloy of super elasticity at body temperature and can be easily deformed at lower temperature(0ˇăCˇ«10ˇăC) to insert in the stent delivery device, and of great characteristics as: Biologic compatibility, Corrosion resistance, Stable memory, Super flexibility, Wriggle along with the duct to accommodate normal peristalsis and keep the duct unobstructed.

The shapes of the esophageal & Intestinal stent: Single-horn shaped, twin-horn shaped, single-cup-mouth shaped, twin-cup-mouth shaped, cup mouth-ball shaped reflux-resistant and double layers Esophageal.
The inner layer all covered of the double layers Esophageal with medical silicon membrane to both ends, this shape can prevent the metal wire of two ends damage the Esophageal wall. The outer layer without membrane can avoid moving and improve the stability. |
